About the Founder
I had everything.
Except the part that mattered.
My name is Luke Kish. I built Warrior Babe — a fitness company that scaled to over $103 million in revenue with a team of 175+. I did everything the entrepreneur playbook said to do: optimize, systemize, scale, lead.
And it worked. By every external metric, I'd made it. Revenue charts pointed up. My team was growing. The machine was running.
But somewhere around the time I transitioned from CEO to Chairman, I felt something I couldn't explain to anyone in my world. A gap. Not between me and my goals — between me and myself.
I had the business. I had the success. I did not have the inner infrastructure to actually hold it. And that gap — that invisible misalignment — was leaking into every area of my life: my relationships, my health, my sense of purpose, and yes, the business itself.
What followed wasn't a breakdown. It was an unraveling. An OCD diagnosis that explained decades of compulsive patterns. EMDR therapy that unlocked memories and emotions I'd built entire systems to avoid. Deep study of Kabbalistic wisdom through David Ghiyam's “Your Infinite Soul” that gave me a language for what I was experiencing. A relationship ending that forced me to see what I'd been building around instead of through.
On the other side of all of that, I found something I wasn't looking for: a framework. Not a business framework — a human one. One that explained why so many brilliant founders build incredible things and still feel stuck, empty, or on the verge of collapse.
The answer isn't more strategy. The answer is expanding the vessel — the internal capacity of the human being behind the business. Your business can only grow as big as the person holding it. That's the work. And it's the work nobody in this space is teaching from a place of real operational credibility.
That's why I created The Soul Behind the Business. Not to be a guru. Not to sell spirituality dressed up as business advice. But to share what I learned — from the trenches, not the mountaintop — about the invisible infrastructure that determines everything.
The Journey
From building to becoming
The Beginning
Started building what would become Warrior Babe. Fueled by hustle, strategy, and an unrelenting drive to prove something.
Scaling Into the Unknown
Hit 8 figures. Built the team past 100. Learned what it means to lead at scale — and what it costs to carry it all.
The Transition
Moved from CEO to Chairman. $103M+ in revenue. Everything looked perfect from the outside. Inside, a gap I couldn't name.
The Unraveling
OCD diagnosis. EMDR therapy. Deep Kabbalistic study. A breakup. The structures I'd built to avoid myself began to dissolve.
The Reconstruction
Rebuilding from the inside out. Not fixing — expanding. Learning that the vessel determines the capacity for everything.
The Soul Behind the Business
Launched this platform with a conviction: the spiritual work IS the business work, and it's time someone taught it from experience.
Core Beliefs
The philosophy behind everything we teach
Your business is a mirror
Every bottleneck in your business reflects a bottleneck inside you. Revenue ceilings, team dysfunction, creative blocks — they're all pointing inward.
Strategy without soul is a treadmill
You can optimize forever. But if the person running the machine hasn't done the inner work, the machine will always hit the same wall.
Expansion is not accumulation
Growing your business doesn't mean adding more. It means becoming someone who can hold more — more complexity, more abundance, more truth.
The spiritual work is operational
This isn't abstract. How you process emotion determines how you make decisions. How you relate to fear determines how you lead. The inner work has a P&L impact.
You don't need to be fixed
You need to be expanded. There's nothing wrong with you — there's just more of you to discover. And that discovery is the most leveraged work you'll ever do.
Credibility matters
The entrepreneur space is flooded with people teaching from theory. This brand teaches from the trenches — $103M in revenue, 175+ team members, and a real transformation.
